Corner Bond adhesives are used to reinforce the fixation of components or as a complement to reinforce underfill adhesives.
The corner bond adhesive is applied to the 4 corners of the CSP / BGA component, providing adhesion to the board, and avoiding problems caused by vibrations or displacement of components.
