Thermally Conductive Adhesives

Thermally Conductive adhesives, also known as thermal adhesive, are silicone-based adhesives that cure at room temperature through the humidity of the air. This kind of adhesive is used for fixing parts, components, sealing surfaces and mainly to dissipating heat.

The benefits of using these adhesives are elimination of screws and objects for fixation; maintains thermo conductivity for decades, extends components life span; it is a single component and easy to apply.

The silicone supports from -40 to 392°F (-40 to 200°C) keeping stable properties.

Protectronics offers thermal adhesive solutions with thermal conductivity of 0.8 and 1.5 W/m.K.
